All Owlpack products carry a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery against general defects when purchased directly from the Owlpack website.

Please contact us here if you’ve received a defective product. Include photos showing the damage, as well as proof of purchase. We’ll happily send you a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.
